The room was absolutely filthy! I found a roach egg in the corner, and the overall cleanliness was appalling. After complaining, I had to clean the room myself and it was still not satisfactory. The bathroom had stains, and the floor was sticky. I’ve never experienced such a lack of hygiene in a hotel before!

The coffee maker didn't exist, mixed quality on fixtures, and the ceiling had visible leaks!!! Cigarette burns on furnishings need attention, as does cleaning service to restock basics. Unfixed duct tape on walls is an eyesore!!!

Our stay lasted two nights, and it was a struggle. From a dirty room to malfunctioning amenities, there wasn't much to enjoy. The only bright spot was the bed being comfortable. Choose another option in Kingman for a better experience.

I had a pretty decent experience. The room layout was great with a nice separation between the living and sleeping areas, and the TV had a bunch of channels! However, the coffee situation was a letdown. it was barely available when I needed it.
